Investment philosophy
The fund is investing in sports-tech that impacts human performance, the business of sport and participation,
at all levels from community to elite, and globally.
The scalability of the investment is critical. There must be a global growth strategy that meets our multi-sport, multi-region, multi-application and multi-sector requirements with a business model that maximises value creation.
The fund will generally target investments within these ten categories and aims to hold investments in at least 50% of these categories at any one time.
It is intended that the fund will not hold investments that directly compete with each other and ideally will hold investments that are complementary.

and alignment
Companies directly involved in developing or utilising technology solutions that are or can be enhanced by and align with thematics including data, AI, gamification, SaaS, ESG,
women’s sport.
Management team quality and experience
Strong, experienced, and passionate leadership teams with a proven track record and deep industry knowledge.
Financial performance and projections
Demonstrated traction, sound financial metrics and compelling future growth projections supported by realistic assumptions.
Scalability and exit opportunities
Demonstrable potential to scale the business and either follow-on and/or achieve a successful exit through acquisition, roll-up or initial public offering.
